What size are the pies?
1. Nine (9) inch deep dish
2. Tart sized

How many slices can you get from one pie?
1. Large – Eight to Ten slices – it depends how small or big you like your slice

What is the shelf life of the pie?
Seven (7) days refrigerated for the fruit pies
Fourteen (14) days refrigerated for the nut pies

Can pies be frozen?
Not recommended, it slightly changes the texture of the pie, but the taste is still there. If they have been frozen our guarantee is no longer valid.

How is the pies shipped?
We currently, aren’t doing mail order, simply because the cost of shipping it too high

Is my personal information I provide kept confidential?
Yes the credit card number is not retained in our system, and we do not sell any of our addresses, names or any information. Our Promise!

Do you ship to the military?
It is something we’ll need to work on. Currently, it is not offered, unless there is a physical address.

When I expect to receive my order?
Orders need to be in by Wednesday to receive your order by late Friday for Pick-up, just in time for the weekend. Special occasions or other orders, delivery is based upon what was agreed upon ordering.

Where can I place my order?

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you cannot place an order without creating an account. You must use a valid e-mail address to be available to receive your e-mail confirmation of the order. Valid billing, information and valid telephone numbers. Also, so that we can contact you in case there is a problem

What happens if I don’t have an e-mail address?
You must enter an e-mail address like @sedonapies.com with a password. If you have a Verified Pay Pal Account, they will have your information.

Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?
Please contact us during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 am-4:00pm Mountain Standard Time or on the website contact page to inquire.

What are the ingredients in your products?
We only use the best and freshest ingredients. Whole wheat flour, maple syrup, Agave, eggs, vegetable shortening, butter, salt, water, fruit, nuts, wine, beer or spirits.

Ordering Wedding Pies or Special Occasions

How far in advance should you order your pie?
About 2 weeks, it depends upon how busy we get and the time of the year. I would recommend that you call us for an appointment so we can discuss your options and then when you are ready order it.

How much pie should I order?
Each of the pies will serve 8 people. You also have the option in serving tarts as well. It will depend upon the number of people you will be serving at your reception.

Have a limited budget?
It’s best to discuss what you have set for your budget, so we will be able to show you what is available and will work for you the best.

Can I have a Themed Pie?
All our pies are customized to your theme, colors and tastes. Each recipe is designed with you in mind.

Where do we deliver to?
Anywhere in Sedona, surrounding areas and Phoenix. (there is a delivery charge to Phoenix). We are sorry to say, we are at this time unable to deliver anywhere else.
